High-yield sandstone crushing plant production line. Addressing the uneven silica content and moderate abrasiveness of the sandstone in this region, Xianglong Machinery offered two meticulously calculated top-tier configurations: a PE750x1060 jaw crusher + a PFW1320 European-style impact crusher, or a PE750x1060 jaw crusher + a CS220 high-efficiency cone crusher. This production line is designed to produce 150-250 tons per hour. From the GZD-1142 heavy-duty feeder at the front end to the 4YK2470 large vibrating screen at the end, all equipment is designed with high output and stability as its core principles, ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates to meet the urgent needs of major regional infrastructure projects.

1. Feeding and Pre-screening:

The blasted sandstone raw material (particle size ≤ 630mm) is fed into the robust hopper of a GZD-1142 vibrating feeder by a large excavator. The feeder, with its powerful and stable amplitude, evenly feeds the material into the jaw crusher. The heavy-duty grates at the front effectively separate the primary fine material and soil, improving coarse crushing efficiency.


2. Primary Crushing (Coarse Crushing):

The material enters the PE-750×1060 jaw crusher. Utilizing its powerful power system and deep-cavity crushing principle, the sandstone is subjected to strong compression, crushing it to a particle size ≤ 180mm.


3. Medium and Fine Crushing and Shaping (Core Process - Scheme Description):

Scheme A (PFW1320 Impact Crusher): The coarsely crushed material enters the PFW-1320 European-style impact crusher. Under the high-speed impact of the heavy rotor and hammers, and colliding with the heavy-duty impact plates, the material is efficiently crushed and shaped into aggregate with excellent particle shape.
Option B (CS220 Cone Crusher): After coarse crushing, the material enters the CS-220 high-efficiency cone crusher. Within the optimized compression crushing chamber, the material undergoes multiple compressions and impacts, efficiently crushing it into high-quality aggregates with a dense internal structure and low needle-like/flaky content.


4. Screening and Grading:

The crushed mixture is conveyed by a conveyor belt to a 4YK-2470 large circular vibrating screen for precision screening. This vibrating screen has a large screening area and high efficiency, accurately screening various specifications of high-quality finished aggregates, including 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-25mm, and 25-40mm.
Qualified Finished Products: Finished products of various specifications are conveyed to the finished product stockpile via multiple conveyor belts through the discharge port.
Closed-Loop Circulation: Large particles exceeding the specified size on the screen are automatically returned to the secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher) for further crushing via a return conveyor belt, forming a stable and efficient closed-loop circulation system.
