Introduction to Crushing Plant Production Line

1. Feeding and Pre-screening:
Diabase ore is fed into a vibrating feeder (9638) by an excavator or loader. The feeder uniformly and continuously feeds the material into the jaw crusher, while simultaneously screening out some soil and natural fines.
2. Primary Crushing (Coarse Crushing):
A PE600×900 jaw crusher performs the first stage of high-intensity crushing, reducing the material to an intermediate particle size of ≤150mm.
3. Secondary Crushing and Shaping (Medium Crushing):
The coarsely crushed material is conveyed to a PF1214 impact crusher via a belt conveyor. The impact crusher uses high-speed rotating hammers to impact the material, causing it to repeatedly collide and crush within the crushing chamber, thus obtaining aggregates with excellent particle shape.
4. Screening and Grading:
The crushed mixture is lifted by a belt conveyor to a 4YK1860 circular vibrating screen. The material is precisely screened into various preset specifications of finished products on the screen surface and falls into different stockpiling areas.
