This production line, designed to have a capacity of up to 500 tons per hour, is a model of a modern, intensive crushing plant integrating coarse, medium, and fine crushing. The core crushing section of the system provides a C125 European-style jaw crusher or a PE1000x1200 jaw crusher for powerful coarse crushing, a CH660 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for efficient medium crushing, and an HP300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for precise fine crushing and sand making. Through meticulous division of the crushing process, this technology achieves"tailor-made"processing of limestone materials, ultimately producing aggregates with uniform particle shape and excellent gradation of manufactured sand. This provides top-quality raw materials for commercial concrete and precast components, setting a new industry standard for large-scale aggregate projects.

1. Feeding and Pre-screening:
Limestone raw materials (particle size ≤800mm) from the mine are unloaded into the receiving hopper of the ZSW-1349 heavy-duty vibrating feeder via dump trucks. The feeder, with its powerful vibration capability, uniformly and continuously conveys the material to the primary jaw crusher. Its front grate effectively pre-screens out soil and fine materials.
2. Primary Crushing (Coarse Crushing):
The material enters the C125 European-style jaw crusher or the PE1000x1200 jaw crusher for the first stage of crushing. With its large feed opening and powerful crushing force, it crushes giant limestone into pieces ≤200mm in size.
3. Intermediate Crushing (Medium Crushing):
The coarsely crushed material is conveyed via belt conveyor to the CH660 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. This equipment, with its high processing capacity and stable performance, further crushes the material to a medium particle size ≤70mm, providing ideal feed for subsequent fine crushing.
4. Fine Crushing (Fine Crushing/Sand Making):
The material after medium crushing enters the HP300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for third-stage crushing. The multi-cylinder hydraulic system provides powerful crushing force and precise discharge port control, achieving accurate fine crushing and good shaping of the material, producing a large quantity of high-quality products ≤31.5mm, of which the 0-5mm portion is high-quality manufactured sand.
5. Screening and Finished Product Grading:
All crushed mixtures are conveyed by a conveyor belt to a 3YK-2460 large circular vibrating screen for final grading. The vibrating screen precisely separates the material into various finished product specifications, including 0-5mm (high-quality manufactured sand), 5-15mm, 15-25mm, and 25-31.5mm.
Qualified Finished Products: The finished products of each specification are transported via chutes and conveyor belt systems to large circular storage silos or finished product stockpiles.
