Stone Crushing Plant

This solution employs the classic "jaw crusher plus impact crusher" combination, making it particularly suitable for crushing rocks of medium hardness or higher; the resulting aggregates feature a cubic shape with a low content of flaky or elongated particles, thereby commanding higher market value.

The raw stones are fed into the vibrating feeder by an excavator or loader. The feeder then feeds the material into the jaw crusher evenly and continuously.
The jaw crusher performs the primary heavy-duty crushing of the material, reducing it to an intermediate particle size of ≤150 mm.
After primary crushing, the material is conveyed via a belt conveyor into the impact crusher. The impact crusher uses high-speed rotating blow bars to strike the material, causing it to undergo repeated impacts and breakage within the crushing chamber, thereby producing aggregates with excellent particle shape.
The crushed mixed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to a circular vibrating screen. On the screen surface, the material is precisely separated into finished products of various preset specifications, which then fall into their respective stockpiling areas.
